New paramedic Luke's skills are tested as he's thrown in at the deep end on his first day. The team have reason to doubt whether Harry should have come back to work so soon as he makes mistakes, but he eventually tells Lara that it's himself he blames for Beth's death, not Tally. Anna is in turmoil after discovering Merlin is her half-brother. Tony has agreed to accept Eddie's kidney, and Nikki comforts Jack as they go under the knife.
