Nikki tells Jack she doesn't want to resign her job to travel the world. Jack is anxious to get away, however, especially after Eddie's 'friend' Vinnay tells him he wants the £300,000 Eddie took from him - and tells him how he tortured one of the patients in A&E. Nikkim knowing nothing of this, changes her mind, however, and agrees to go away for six months but no longer, saying she wants her job back.
Josh confronts Simon over Colette, and they end up coming to blows. Colette decides she is going to keep her baby no matter what's wrong with it. But soon afterwards she suddenly has stomach pains. Despite the team's best efforts, she loses the baby, but Josh stays with her.
