Trevor first appeared in series 10 of Casualty. He was a retired police officer and was married to Kate Wilson. He got a job as head of security at the hospital. He often got on the nerves of the A&E staff, earning nicknames such as "Rambo". Although working alongside Kate put a bit of a strain on their relationship, it was plain that they still loved each other.
In the last episode of the series, Trevor was chasing a runaway patient when he fell down some steps onto his head. He was in ITU when the series ended. By series 11 he was in a vegetative state, and the doctors held little hope of his recovery. When he contracted a virus, his family decided it would be kinder not to treat it, and Trevor was allowed to die.
